Getting There: Finca Tres Semillas

Valley of Rio Division Finca Tres Semillas is located in between the towns of El Brujo and El Llano, in the district of Perez Zeledon, in the Central Valley of Costa Rica. It is located 36 km to the north-west of San Isidro de El General, and 17 km from the Pacific Ocean, equal distance apart from the coastal towns of Dominical and Quepos/Manuel Antonio.

The drive from San Isidro to the farm takes approximately 1.5 hours, if you include a few stops along the way to marvel at the breathtaking views of the valleys and Pacific Ocean, and for a mandatory stop at the Santa Rosa pulperia for some road snacks (yuca chips and platanillos).

The road from San Isidro to Santa Rosa has recently been paved, and plans to extend the pavement to El Brujo and out to the ocean are currently under development. From Santa Rosa to the farm, the road is graded with gravel. A small compact car can now drive from San Isidro to the El Brujo area, making the property accesible to standard vehicles, small charter buses, and of course, 4x4s.

Currently, the only way to reach the farm from the main road is to cross over Rio Division using a pedestrian-only hammock bridge.
